Dan Best also goes the extra mile to show you the things you can do on an everyday basis that will help you not only achieve your short-term goals, but your long-term ones as well by creating effective habits. By using the Paralympians as an excellent example, Best shows how you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
What I found the most interesting part of this book was how Best shows you how to meditate to access the subconscious of your mind where your beliefs dwell. I tried these methods and they are very relaxing and seem to be benefitting me as well. The tested and tried approaches, backed by years of the author’s experiences, are worth the small price of this book alone.
