Adam is fat, a loner, and now has a plastic doll for a girlfriend. Slowly his circumstances and that of those around him become dangerous when he turns vengeful, and later tries to start a relationship with a real girl.
This is definitely an unconventional and unique dark thriller that will generate a whole range of unpredictable emotions, depending on who reads it. I found that while this book was a dark comedy, it was not written without including some room for sympathy for the main character. The stoner neighbours? Not so much.
This is great book to check out if you're in search of something amusing and different to read. I will be looking into David Jester's other books as well.
